About Lesohory

What?

Lesohory is a way of promoting all my personal work under a single unified identity. I like to think of it as this fictional place, a workshop, the source of my creative endeavours.

Why?

I put a lot of thought into how I want to promote my work, and i always came to the following conclusions:

• My legal name sucks. It's very unfriendly towards international use and even people in my home country struggle with it half of the time.
• I don't want to use some pseudonym of sorts. I know many people use their online usernames for such thing, but I always found it weird. I'm a living human being, not some internet persona.

Eventually I settled with the idea of Lesohory. And I'm happy with it. It represents me a person, without being a nickname for me or anything like that. People of Slovakia should immediately understand it's meaning, while it still shouldn't be a tongue-twister for people abroad.

I'm Sam and I'm associated with Lesohory.
